Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once an order has been processed and shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rdcollective.co and include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review your request and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution at our sole discretion.
